About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a finance-minded professional who enjoys working with numbers, understanding costs, and helping a business run efficiently. This is a hands-on position that blends day-to-day accounting with deeper analysis—perfect for someone who likes to dig into data, make sense of trends, and ensure financial records are rock solid.
What You’ll Be Doing
On a typical month, you’ll guide the financial close process from start to finish, making sure every account is reconciled and every report is accurate. You’ll review costs tied to products, keep a close eye on inventory value, and spot patterns in usage data that help us make smarter business decisions. Along the way, you’ll interact with the general ledger, track fixed assets, handle payables and receivables, and manage accruals.
We rely on Excel and our ERP system every day, so you’ll use those tools extensively—sometimes for routine entries, other times to create more complex analyses. This is a fast-moving workplace, so organization and time management are essential.

The person who will succeed in this role likely holds a degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration. Additional credentials like a CPA, CMA, or MBA are great to have, though not strictly required. A background in manufacturing finance or cost accounting is especially helpful, and at least a year of professional experience in a similar setting will set you up for success.
