Requirements Robert Wood Johnson- Monmouth Medical Center Long Branch needs 2 Anesthesiolgists for coverage. 3 month committment to start with possible extension. Please list any anticipated procedures/surgeries the provider will be required to perform and anticipated volumes: High Obstetric Volume- necessary skills are epidurals and spinals, general anesthesia, neuro, vascular, ortho Description of Work Assignment: 7a-5pm Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: Monday through Friday Schedule of Days/Times Needed to Work/ Shift Hours: 7a-5p, On call? No. Board Status Requirement (BC/BE) Board Certified Is there additional support staff? 15 FTE Physicians, 16 CRNAS, Joint ventures, per diem, Monmouth Main staff Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? NA Are there Advanced Practice Providers? If yes, is the locums provider responsible for them? Physician model.There are no CRNA's. Attending physican solo cases. Trauma Level of Work Location No trauma, no heads, no hearts EMR System? EPIC Is the Clinic EMR Different from the Hospital EMR? No List of individuals interviewing candidate: Orlando Gopez, Mike Cavallo, Waheed Eraky MD Time Sheet Approver (once physician is hired) Orlando Gopez VP Anesthesiology Are we able to grant full, temporary, or emergency privileges? If so, what dates does the committee run? Standard Privileges through MSO
