What You'll Do
As An Associate Real Estate Attorney at Jackson Law, you will:
* Handle all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing
* Conduct real estate closings with professionalism and care
* Review and analyze real property titles, issue title opinions, and coordinate with title insurance companies
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, closing statements, and other related documents
* Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, and agents to ensure smooth transactions
* Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management
Who You Are:
The ideal candidate:
* Is licensed to practice law in North Carolina (required)
* Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
* Enjoys a fast-paced, client-facing work environment
* Demonstrates attention to detail, sound judgment, and high ethical standards
* Thrives in a team-based culture while also being self-motivated
* Is comfortable leading a closing room and building rapport with clients and agents
* Is dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Has a portable book of business (preferred but not required)
