Associate Attorney with 2 or more years no-fault defense experience. The attorney is assigned a number of files and works with the team lead to complete tasks including drafting legal documents, attend hearings and depositions, and assist with trial. We have regular attorney meetings regarding cases.
Pay range & bonus structure – commensurate with experience ($85,000 to $150,000 range plus discretionary bonus).
Location – preferably on-site in Troy, MI, but may be able to arrange a day at home per week if necessary and depending on the candidate.
Culture – busy firm handling mainly PIP and BI cases for National insurance carriers. We collaborate and work in teams.
