What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Create omnichannel assets focused on shopper and retail display components
• Deliver high?quality work while managing a high volume of projects in a fast?paced environment
• Identify strategic gaps and opportunities for retailers through innovative thinking
• Participate in the creative process from ideation to final product, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Collaborate with cross?department teams including Producers, Designers, and Strategy accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the creative advertising industry
• Strong strategic and conceptual abilities
• Experience with shopper mentality and omnichannel programs (media, retail, experiential)
• Ability to work quickly while demonstrating accountability
• Experience with 3D Max preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Previous campaign experience in creative advertising
• Familiarity with diverse communication channels and formats
• Proficiency in additional design software or tools that enhance creative output
