Banquet Server

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the event
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Monitor and refill beverages as needed, and address guest requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas before, during, and after events
- Collaborate with event staff and management to ensure smooth operation and successful event execution
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banquet serving, hospitality, or food service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
