Our client, a vibrant leader in the human resources sector, is seeking a Bilingual Spanish HR Assistant to join their team in Middletown, NY. In this role, you’ll be the face of the HR department , supporting various teams and serving as a key point of contact for employees. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and an excellent communicator—qualities that will help you thrive in this dynamic environment.

Job Title: Bilingual HR Assistant
Location: Middletown, NY
Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, flex 6am -3pm 

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the face of the HR department, providing support and guidance to employees and management.
• Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, and preparing employment contracts.
• Approve time-off requests and help ensure adequate departmental coverage.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records.
• Coordinate orientation and training for new hires.
• Handle payroll tasks with a high level of confidentiality.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
