Hiring Immediately for 1st Shift Warehouse Packer Jobs in Irving, TX:
Inergroup is hiring immediately for First Shift Warehouse Packer jobs in Irving, TX. As a Warehouse Packer, you will inspect product for defects, pack and prepare products for shipping and complete other warehouse general labor activities. Weekly pay starting at $12.50/hr and great benefits available!
Skills and Qualifications:
No prior warehouse experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Pick items from shelves or bins and pack them for shipment.
Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet daily goals.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Arrange products in the warehouse to maximize space and accessibility, making it easier to locate items.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday with some Saturday and Sunday overtime
5:50am – 2:30pm
