Business Analyst I

Allied Resources is seeking the expertise of a Business Analyst I to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on customer contract data, collaborating with utilities and cross-functional teams, and using tools like SQL, Excel, and Salesforce to generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. A day in the life:

• Utilize PC and mainframe applications, such as Microsoft Office, People Soft, Time, EERS, and PassPort proficiently.
• Develop reports provided by integrated systems, including Passport, PeopleSoft, Impromptu, and MS Office applications.
• Use oral and written skills to present/deliver found information.

The wish list:

• Experienced with CRM systems, Microsoft Office programs like Excel/Word, SQL
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with teammates and autonomously
