🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst / Business Architect (Hybrid – Austin, TX)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Business Architect to lead enterprise-level initiatives in digital transformation and business process reengineering (BPR) . This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 remote) based in Austin, TX.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR) – analyze, redesign, and optimize complex business processes.
• Develop and maintain business architecture models (BPMN, UML, TOGAF, ArchiMate).
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams , ensuring strategic alignment.
• Engage with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 12+ years in Business Architect / Senior Business Analyst roles at the enterprise level.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation and process improvement projects.
• Hands-on expertise with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture) framework.
• Strong business modeling skills – BPMN, UML, TOGAF, ArchiMate.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in healthcare or public sector projects is highly valued.
• Professional certifications (CBAP, TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma, BPMN) are a plus.
