Are you a systems thinker who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments? Do you love solving business problems, supporting global teams, and playing a critical role in major systems projects? We want to hear from you.
We're hiring a Business Analyst to join our Kansas City office and bring their expertise to a collaborative global team. This is a unique opportunity to own the analyst function in the U.S. , work cross-functionally with global counterparts—and make a real impact from day one.
Please note: You may not have every qualification—but if you’re teachable, motivated, and ready to grow, we want to talk!
What You’ll Do:
As the Business Analyst, you’ll play a hands-on role in analyzing, supporting, and improving enterprise systems. You’ll collaborate across business units, IT, and vendor partners to deliver solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with real-world business needs.
Your day-to-day will include:
✅ Collaborating on end-to-end systems analysis for large-scale business and technical initiatives
✅ Working directly with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, pain points, and process gaps
✅ Maintaining and updating business rules, workflows, and process documentation
✅ Creating clear, concise deliverables such as BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
✅ Leading discovery sessions, workshops, and one-on-one interviews with business and technical teams
✅ Acting as a liaison between business users and developers to ensure smooth communication and execution
✅ Helping track and resolve defects, issues, and enhancement requests in a timely manner
✅ Representing the U.S. business needs confidently within a global support model (India, UK, and US)
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in systems analysis or business analysis
Strong knowledge of SDLC, requirements documentation, and process modeling
Hands-on experience in Agile or Scrum environments required
Proven ability to work independently and drive clarity in complex initiatives
Strong verbal and written communication skills—you’re a translator between business and tech
Comfort working across global teams and time zones
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required —we value experience and impact over credentials
You’ll Be Part Of:
A collaborative on-site Kansas City office
A global team with colleagues in the UK, India, and across the U.S.
A local team of about 10, where you’ll be the only Senior Systems Analyst in KC
A company committed to growth, innovation, and empowering employees
