Rollies Mexican Patio is a local, award winning restaurant in Tucson, AZ! We are looking for an experienced individual who is ready to work and able to perform both Front of the House and Back of the House duties to join our awesome team.

 

This position is part-time and hours scheduled three days per week on Monday, Friday & Saturday evenings.

MUST be BILINGUAL in English/Spanish and over 19 yrs old to handle/serve alcohol.

 

We are located at 4573 S. 12 Th Ave and our second location at the MSA Annex. This position may require travel between the two locations.

Our ideal candidate has experience as a cashier in the food industry and willing to prep food and float between the duties when needed, great communication, perfect attendance, and shows up ready to work with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.

Average pay is $15.00-$16 per hour PLUS TIPS (DOE) and pay is bi-weekly

New hire will be subject to 90 day probationary period followed by ability to accrue time off hours (40 per year) + benefits.

MUST be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers in person and via phone
• Accurately record customer orders
• Process payments
• Handle 3rd party delivery orders (Uber, Doordash, GrubHub)
• Expo food out to dining area
• Maintaining the dining area & ensuring cleanliness & disinfection
• Housekeeping (wiping tables, sweeping, mopping, bathroom)
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation
• Clean up station and properly store leftover food
• Stock inventory
• Wash dishes
• Clean & sanitize all work stations

• Cashier experience
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to read & write effectively
• Able to move quickly
• Strong multi tasking capabilities
• Knowledge of kitchen safety
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments
• Strong attention to detail

 

Schedule

• This is a part-time position about 12-16 hours per week. Must have open availability Mon, Fri & Sat evening preferably between 3-9PM
• Starting pay DOE (hourly plus tips average ($100-$150+ per week)
