Now Hiring: CNC Milling Machine Operator – 2nd/3rd Shift
???? $2,600 Sign-On Bonus/ $3/hour shift premium
We’re looking for a skilled CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shift. Pay is based on experience, and a skills test may be administered during the interview process .
Key ResponsibilitiesSet Up & Operate CNC Milling Machines based on blueprints and job travelers.
Interpret Technical Drawings to determine part specs, tooling needs, and sequence of operations.
Adjust Tooling & Machine Settings for accurate, efficient production.
Inspect Parts using calipers, micrometers, bore/thread gauges, and other precision tools.
Identify & Separate Nonconforming Parts per company standards.
Perform Secondary Operations like deburring and cleaning.
Maintain Equipment by keeping machines clean, organized, and properly lubricated.
(A skills test may be administered to evaluate proficiency)
CNC Milling Experience – required.
Blueprint Reading – ability to interpret detailed technical drawings.
Measurement Tools – skilled in using inspection equipment.
Troubleshooting – capable of making minor machine/tool adjustments.
Math Skills – basic math for measurements and part verification.
Mechanical Aptitude – comfortable working with machining tools and equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds .
Able to stand for extended periods during the shift.
