About the RoleAs a Commercial Tile and Shingle Roofer, youll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining high-quality tile and shingle roofing systems on commercial projects. Youll work closely with a skilled crew to deliver safe, professional, and efficient results that meet our industry-leading standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and repair tile and shingle roofing systems, including clay, concrete, slate, and asphalt materials.
Remove existing roofing materials and prepare surfaces for installation.
Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials around obstacles and roof features.
Apply underlayment, flashing, sealants, and waterproofing as needed.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment properly.
Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
Work efficiently under the direction of a Foreman or Project Superintendent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing experience (tile and/or shingle systems preferred)
Skills: Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and install roofing materials per specifications.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work at heights.
Certifications: OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available).
Attitude: Dependable, safety-conscious, and a team player.
