About the Role

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
- Perform virus and malware cleanups.
- Clone hard drives and image computers for deployment.
- Replace screens, batteries, and internal components.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Learn to remotely diagnose and resolve printer and scanner problems.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in computer and phone repair (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
- Basic understanding of networking and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A+ Certification or similar is a plus, but not required.
