1. Setting concrete flatwork forms, grading, and finishing interior and exterior concrete for interior floors, sidewalks, free stall barns, and exterior slabs
2. Ability to operate concrete finishing equipment (preferred)
3. Operate skid loaders, forklifts, and other small construction equipment
4. Operate hand tools and equipment
5. Detailed workmanship and ownership mentality
6. Efficiently work in a fast paced environment
7. Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

Setting concrete flatwork forms, grading, and finishing interior and exterior concrete for interior floors, sidewalks, free stall barns, and exterior slabs Ability to operate concrete finishing equipment (preferred) Operate skid loaders, forklifts, and other small construction equipment Operate hand tools and equipment Detailed workmanship and ownership mentality Efficiently work in a fast paced environment Other duties as assigned Job Requirements include but not limited to: Knowledge of basic math skills Read and interpret blueprints (Preferred) Ability to travel typically within the state of WI. (Home every weekend) Ability to walk, and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from ground to shoulder level) Ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions Ability to obtain a CDL Benefits PTO Retirement Plan (401k) Insurance ( Health, Dental, Vision, Life) ESOP Annual Incentive Bonus Competitive Hourly Wage
