Job Description

Construction Laborer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general construction labor within a state-of-the-art modular factory.
  • Operate hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret measurements up to 1/16" with precision.
  • Maintain a stable production phase and ensure high up-time of machinery.
  • Implement innovative processes and strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Promote and adhere to company values in all tasks.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with general labor, construction, and production tasks.
  • Proficiency in using power and hand tools, including carpentry and tape measure skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with concrete and other materials.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to read a tape measure to a 1/16".
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and self-start.
  • Desire to innovate and push boundaries in construction.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
