Corporate Debt Finance Associate Attorney Qualification/Requirements:
- 3+ years of extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex syndicated and acquisition finance transactions
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously
- Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
