Location: Austin, Texas (Bouldin Creek area)

Job Type: Full Time, Onsite

Hours: Monday Friday 8am 5pm (40 hours a week)

Department: Operations

Pay: 40K per year

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our fast-paced, sales-driven team in the financial services industry. This is an entry-level, month-to-month contract position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales operations by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and data-related requests
  • Generate reports and summaries as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and quality

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
