Location: Parks Motor Group of Gainesville -Ford-Lincoln-Hyundai
Compensation: Paid Per Delivery / Paid Per Trade (1099 Contractor – Not W2)
Parks Motor Group of Gainesville is a growing automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional vehicles and top-notch customer service. We are seeking dependable, professional Independent Contractor Drivers to assist with vehicle deliveries to customers and dealer trades between dealerships.
Position Summary:As a 1099 Dealership Driver, you will transport new and pre-owned vehicles between our dealership, customer locations, and partner dealerships. You will represent the dealership’s professionalism while ensuring safe, timely vehicle transfers.
Responsibilities:Safely drive and deliver vehicles to and from dealerships, auctions, customer homes, and other destinations
Complete dealer trades by transporting vehicles and required paperwork between dealerships
Perform vehicle inspections before and after transport (check for damage, fuel levels, mileage)
Maintain communication with dispatch or dealership coordinator regarding delivery status
Follow all traffic laws and dealership protocols for vehicle handling
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Must be 21 years of age or older (insurance requirements)
Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report (MVR)
Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
Ability to handle long-distance driving and local trips
Must have a smartphone for communication and navigation
Must operate as an independent contractor and provide appropriate tax documentation (W9)
