Job Title: Warehouse Associate – E-commerce Operations
Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and growing e-commerce company specializing in the sale of refurbished electronics, health and beauty products, and other consumer goods across major online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This individual will play a key role in handling various aspects of our warehouse workflow, including receiving, prepping, and sorting incoming merchandise, assisting with the refurbishment process, and performing general maintenance and cleaning duties. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can meet daily production goals and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and unpack incoming inventory
Sort, label, and organize merchandise for processing
Assist in basic refurbishment tasks as needed
Prepare and package items for resale on e-commerce platforms
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Ensure all safety protocols are followed
Meet or exceed daily performance and quality quotas
Identify and troubleshoot common operational issues
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with common mobile phone models such as Apple and Samsung, including basic functionality and handling
Prior warehouse or refurbishment experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
