Responsibilities:
- Assist journeyman electricans with installation of electrical components
- Pull wire, run conduit, and install electrical boxes under JW supervision
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow instructions, safety procedures, and electrical codes as directed
- Assist with loading/unloading materials, tools and equipment
- Punctuality
Qualifications:
- At least one year experience working in the field with an electrical contractor
- Comfortable working from heights on ladders and aerial lifting equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the trade
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and basic background check
Compensation:
- Dependent upon level of experience
