This person will team with the parents to divide and conquer childcare, so the nanny will rarely have all three children at one time. Responsibilities include engaging in play, taking the boys to activities, planning fun outings, child laundry, light tidying, and simple meal prep. Their ideal candidate resides in the North Bay so they are essentially equidistant from SF and Healdsburg for a more sustainable long-term fit. The best person for them is comfortable holding boundaries, can easily keep up with three high-energy boys, and is reliable, trustworthy and prioritizes the safety of their children.
