Compass Health Consultants is seeking a driven, motivated and professional Business Sales Representatives to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and account management ! You will be responsible for providing clients with tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs.
As an Business Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in helping clients understand their insurance options and ensuring they receive the best coverage available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on the benefits of healthcare insurance.
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve sales targets and goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus but is not required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A valid Health and Life insurance license is required or must be willing to obtain a license with our assistance and guidance.
