Description of the role:

Welcome to Mills Auto Group, where we are currently seeking an Experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless processing of warranty claims and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicate with manufacturers to resolve warranty issues
  • Maintain organized records of warranty claims and approvals
  • Assist customers with warranty-related inquiries

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in warranty administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in using warranty claim software

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Book warranty repair orders.
  • Submit claims of manufacturer warranty and follow up
  • Service contract claim submission and follow up.
  • Maintain receivables schedules.
  • Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Warranty experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well with others and be part of a team
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office
  • General accounting knowledge preferred
