Position Summary:Be part of one of the nations fastest growing boutique fitness concepts. Grow with us! We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, and dedicated individuals to join our membership sales team. THIS POSITION IS FOR AN EARLY MORNING OPENER ONLY. Candidates must be able to work 4 to 5 hour shifts beginning 4:30 AM M/W/F and 5:30 AM on T/Th.

Responsibilities

Membership sales to clients/prospects
Member outreach to ensure engagement and retention
Lead nurture via call and text to schedule in studio appointments for prospects
Conduct prospect onboarding, provide orientation, and address prospect questions
Plan and participate in lead generation activities
Participate in studio events and other promotions
Maintain the cleanliness of the studio
Other tasks as assigned by management
Flexibility in the hours is required - Some days more shifts are required and some days afternoon/evening shifts will be required

Requirements:

MUST HAVE THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF RELIABILITY AND PUNCTUALITY
Must have a energetic, friendly, outgoing and collaborative attitude - frequent interactions with members and prospects is a core requirement.
A love for the fit-ish lifestyle (experience in the fitness industry or health/wellness is a plus).
Must be a self starter and highly motivated
Must have effective time management skills
Must have effective communication skills - must be proficient in English; bilingual a plus
Must have the ability to work the morning shifts opening 4:30 AM on M/W/F and 5:30 AM T/Th.
