About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and disciplined Fractional SDR to help introduce AgencI to new
prospects. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for business owners and creative professionals
who can benefit from our platform. You’ll focus on outbound cold calling to generate leads, spark
interest, and set appointments for our sales team. This is a commission-only, independent contractor
role — perfect for someone who thrives on performance-based earnings and wants the flexibility of
part-time work.
Key Responsibilities
• Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day / 250 calls per week to business owners, founders, and
creative professionals.
• Educate prospects on how AgencI can simplify operations and free up more time for creative work.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Account Executives.
• Track outreach activity and outcomes in the CRM.
• Provide feedback to help refine messaging and improve prospect engagement.
Qualifications
• Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or in outbound cold calling preferred.
• Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and personable.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a commission-only environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and consistently hit daily/weekly metrics.
• Organized and detail-oriented with reliable access to phone, internet, and CRM tools.
