Job Title: Front House Server / Prep Cook

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Front House Server / Prep Cook to join our team. This dual-role position involves directly interacting with guests to provide an exceptional dining experience, as well as assisting in the kitchen with food preparation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and values teamwork.

Key Responsibilities: Front of House (Server)

• __Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Kitchen (Prep Cook) Duties:

• __Prepare ingredients and partially finished dishes according to the head chef's prep list.
• Chop, portion, and grate ingredients as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Work efficiently to support chefs and other cooks during service.
