In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration to deliver high-quality applications and ensure optimal system performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving abilities, solid project management skills, and a proven track record of mentoring junior developers. A commitment to excellence in service delivery and continuous improvement is essential./ppLocation: Aberdeen Training Facility (ATF) | Fort Bragg, NC | On-site/ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliDesign, develop, and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform/liliLead and execute configuration, customization, and maintenance tasks/liliCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives/liliProvide software coding and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development/liliDesign and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards/liliConduct system testing and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance/liliProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers/liliEnsure compliance with best practices, standards, and security measures/liliParticipate in periodic travel as required/li/ulh3Required Qualifications:/h3ulliBachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience/lili4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration/liliServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)/liliProven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines/liliExperience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HAM, SAM, Service Catalog, KM certifications and experience within the ServiceNow platform and working knowledge of those processes/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization/liliExperience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms/liliCreate and maintain system design/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/liliPeriodic Travel/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications:/h3ulliServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)/liliExperience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Actions)/liliExperience with ServiceNow Orchestration and Integration Hub/liliKnowledge of ITIL framework principles and practices/li/ulh3Clearance:/h3pTop Secret with SCI eligibility (Required)/ph3Benefits:/h3pCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package/pp100% paid medical insurance/ppOpportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and collaborative environment/ppCertification reimbursement/ph3Equal Opportunity Employer:/h3pWe are an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
