Are you passionate about diagnosing and treating digestive disorders? Opelousas General Health System is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Gastroenterologist to join our skilled team. Residents/Fellows are encouraged to apply early!
Employed Physician Incentives:
- Malpractice- Paid by Hospital
- CME Allowance ($4,000/year)
- 30 Days of Paid Time Off, 5 days of Extended Illness Time and 5 CME days per year
- Retirement 3 components
- 457b-tax deferred
- Social Security Replacement (7.65% of Physician's Salary)
- Hospital Contributes 5% of Physician's Salary into Retirement Account
- Health Benefits- 1st of the month following start date.
Position Highlights
- Focus on general Gastroenterology; ERCP required
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00am- 5:00pm, with a half day on Friday
- Will support J1 Visa candidates
- Strong support from collaborative specialties such as general surgery
- Hospitalists onsite
