HEALTH COACH

CoreLife seeks a dedicated Health Coach to join our team. In this role, you will provide virtual health coaching services with a focus on weight loss and overall health improvement. You will work directly with clients to manage their nutrition, fitness, and behavior, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client Engagement: Receive and manage referrals to the health coaching program with professionalism and courtesy.
• Consultations: Conduct virtual client consultations.
• Education: Positively and professionally educate clients about the coaching process and the value of available wellness services. Offer health and wellness education using various strategies.
• Intervention Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate interventions, making necessary modifications.
• Client Assessment: Evaluate and assess the habits and histories of new clients.
• Motivational Strategies: Use motivational techniques to encourage clients to explore their readiness for change.
• Coordination: Coordinate health coaching efforts to address client objectives and goals as identified during assessments.
• Success Tracking: Measure and track client success using department KPIs and metrics.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred
• Certifications: NBC-HWC- Preferred 
  • Certifications in one or more of the following areas are a plus: Certified Health Education Specialist, Smoking Cessation, Wellness Coach, or Nutritionist.
• Experience: 3 years + providing Health Coaching both in-person and virtually
