We are seeking an HR Assistant to provide hands-on support across key areas of human resources. This role will serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring accurate HR processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Benefits Administration – Enroll new hires in medical/ancillary benefits, process updates, and assist employees with questions.
Timekeeping Support – Partner with managers on timecard approvals, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate payroll inputs.
Leave Management – Administer FMLA and other leave programs, including intake, tracking, documentation, and employee communication.
Onboarding & HRIS – Manage new-hire paperwork, I-9/E-Verify, HRIS data entry, and personnel file maintenance.
Compliance & Records – Maintain confidential records, support audits, and uphold policy and legal requirements.
Employee Support – Serve as a resource for day-to-day HR questions, escalating issues when necessary.
1–3 years of HR or related administrative experience preferred.
Working knowledge of benefits, payroll, or HRIS systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
On-site schedule (8am–5pm).
Open to both full-time or part-time candidates.
Competitive pay range: $40,000 – $50,000 .
