We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000, depending on experience, with the potential for additional earnings through commissions.

Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5pm) Work Schedule

• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
• Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
• Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
• Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.
• Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
• Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.

• Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License within 30 days of hire. (if not already licensed).
• Preferred candidate would already have their license but willing to train a motivated/driven individual.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new software and tools.
• Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
• Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
• Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
