What You'll Do:

• Spearhead engaging requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders, unlocking insights that drive success.
• Document and refine detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that set the stage for breakthrough projects.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align and prioritize requirements, ensuring seamless integration with overarching goals.
• Work hand-in-hand with developers, testers, and project managers to translate business needs into cutting-edge technical solutions.
• Utilize your expertise in Azure DevOps for feature creation, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to drive project excellence.
• Drive the evolution of business processes and workflows, enhancing efficiency and fostering innovation.
• Conduct impactful stakeholder reviews to ensure crystal-clear understanding and alignment on requirements.
• Proactively identify and address risks, working with stakeholders to navigate challenges with agility.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior analysts, guiding them to success and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, bringing best practices and fresh insights to the table.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record as a Business Analyst with a knack for driving requirements and documentation.
• Expertise in using Azure DevOps for creating features, managing backlogs, and driving project momentum.
• Experience with public sector or state government clients is a plus, bringing a nuanced understanding of complex environments.
• Familiarity with the financial domain is a bonus, adding an extra layer of insight to your role.
• Stellar communication and interpersonal skills that make collaboration with stakeholders a breeze.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail that ensure precision and effectiveness.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting with ease.
• Based in or around Central Ohio, ready to dive into a local tech revolution.
