We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Lead Journeyman/Wireman Electrician to join our dynamic team.
**Job Summary:**
As a Lead Journeyman/Wireman Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, troubleshooting complex electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes. You will lead a team of electricians, mentor apprentices, and collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
This applicant will be leading either residential or commercial jobs or both.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and supervise a team of electricians on residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution.
- Perform electrical inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute electrical work according to project specifications.
- Provide training and mentorship to apprentices and junior electricians.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid Journeyman or Wireman Electrical License.
- Minimum of [3] years of experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
