Project Overview : We're looking for 2 Junior Network Engineers to support the network refresh project across a large, multi-site environment in and around Indianapolis, IN. This entry-level role will involve assisting with equipment installations, basic configurations, and hands-on technical support across multiple sites. It's an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in enterprise networking while working alongside a team of experienced engineers. *No C2C* Qualifications Associate's degree in Networking, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent training). 0–2 years of hands-on IT or networking experience (internships or lab work a plus). Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, subnets, switches, routers). Familiarity with common hardware tools and a willingness to learn on the job. Good communication skills and ability to follow technical instructions accurately. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team-based environment. Preferred Skills Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA (or working toward one). Exposure to enterprise networking equipment through labs, coursework, or internships. Willingness to travel to project sites. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
