Job Title: Laboratory Manager
Location: 45 minutes North of Buffalo, New York
Employment Type: Full-time
Relocation Assistance: Available
Retention Bonus: Up to $20,000 paid every 6 months over 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff across shifts in a full-service hospital lab, including blood banking
- Oversee testing operations, including outsourcing to Labcorp and Quest
- Ensure 24/7 lab schedule is maintained effectively
- Comply with NY State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license requirements
Requirements:
- NY State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license
- Prior experience in a hospital lab setting
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
