Some responsibilities include: prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence; manage schedules, organize case files within the firm’s legal database; handle client communications professionally and maintain confidentiality; assist with case preparation including drafting and filing legal documents; and coordinate with court personnel, clients, and opposing counsel.
