This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Originator - Outside Sales, located in Cleveland, OH. The Loan Originator will be responsible for prospecting and originating mortgage loans, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring loan applications are complete and accurate. This role requires maintaining relationships with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders, while consistently meeting sales goals. The Loan Originator will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through the loan process from application to closing.
Qualifications
Experience in Loan Origination and Loans
Knowledge of Underwriting processes
Understanding of Mortgages and Finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant experience in sales and customer service preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
