POSITION: Mail Clerk
Position Summary:

We are committed to exceeding expectations and having a strong commitment to diversity.Responsible for performing a variety of routine mail room and clerical duties , i ncluding the sorting of incoming mail, interoffice mail, and delivery of interoffice mail. Ensures expeditious mail preparation, and prompt and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Key Result Areas :
* Sort and deliver all incoming mail.
* Pick-up, sort, and deliver interoffice mail according to schedule within the Wyman St office.
* Coordinate delivery of outside mail to and from Wyman St with messenger at the central drop-off/pick-up point.
* Prepare mail and packages for shipment (i.e. seal, weigh, label, and register).
* Handle all certified, registered, overnight, and priority mail and packages.
* Deliver mail to mailbox or post office.
* Receive deliveries at receiving area.
* Monitor and initiate preventive maintenance and repairs to Pitney Bowes mailing equipment.
* Assist with general maintenance and repairs to the Wyman St and CSB branches as needed.
* Perform duties according to established bank policy and procedures.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and customers.
* Contribute to the effective team management of all bank problems, issues, and opportunities.
* Responsible for basic support and supplies of Wyman St copy machines.
* Perform additional duties as required. (Note: overtime may be required)
Qualifications:
* High school education.
* Good Interpersonal skills.
* Valid Massachusetts Driver's License and good driving record.
* Ability to lift and move mailbags, boxes, and other objects weighing approx. 50 lbs.
* Dependability and ability to meet schedules/deadlines .

Salary Range: $19 - $24.66/hr
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $19 - $24.66/hr. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
