Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Mail Clerk to join our administrative team. In this role, you will handle the sorting and scanning of inbound mail, including important documents such as garnishment notices, tax forms, and legal correspondence. Your responsibilities will include verifying employee information in HR systems, uploading scanned documents into payroll software, and supporting various clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This position offers an essential support function within a fast-paced environment, ideal for organized individuals committed to accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements - Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clerical environment
- Attention to detail with scanning and data entry tasks
- Experience with HR and payroll systems is preferred
- Candidates must provide a professional reference from a supervisor, lead, or higher
Responsibilities - Sort and scan inbound mail including sensitive and legal documents
