Job Description

Our client, a leader in cutting-edge fabrication solutions, is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join their team. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Electrician (Direct Hire)

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: Starting pay rate of $36.37

Shift: 3rd shift 10pm - 6am

What's the Job?

• Disassemble, repair, assemble, and install all stationary and portable electrical equipment.
• Perform wiring installation including conduit, switches, fuses, and controls according to the National Electrical Code.
• Install and troubleshoot motors, including commutators and armatures.
• Wire panels and controls according to engineering diagrams.
• Install and maintain generators and transformers, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Four (4) years of experience directly related to maintenance electrical work.
• Experience in AC & DC drive controls, including troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and perform work from prints, schematics, and instructions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
