Waterfront/Marine Structural Project Manager

Job Description:

• Will have a key role in managing projects, clients, training staff and providing waterfront/marine engineering expertise.

• PM will be involved with preparing reports, drawings and overseeing waterfront permit applications.

• Lead and review advanced structural and geotechnical engineering analyses for waterfront infrastructure projects.

• Manage design efforts for a range of coastal and marine structures including bulkheads, seawalls, pile-supported platforms, breakwaters, revetments, stabilized embankments, and mechanically stabilized earth systems.

• Guide the preparation and submission of regulatory permit applications for waterfront development, including those required by NYSDEC, USACE, and NYC Small Business Services.

• Oversee the development of technical reports, construction documentation, and project-related correspondence.

• Direct field investigations, structural inspections of waterfront facilities, and provide engineering oversight during construction activities.

• Coordinate multiple projects .

• Proposal development, change order drafting, invoice review, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• PE Required

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• Desired software knowledge: AutoCAD

• Waterfront design, bulkhead, pier, marine engineering, geotechnical engineering experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
