JCW is currently searching for an experienced Lab Manager to join one of our clients based in Northern Wisconsin. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, customer service, quality, team development, and P&L management of this growing microbiological laboratory. Relocation is available for the selected candidate.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Lab Operations with proven managerial experience of at least 25+ staff.
• Prior experience in a commercial laboratory setting with a proven understanding of microbiological principles.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional business acumen, customer-focused, and a strong sense of accountability/ownership.
