Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate refinance options for all loan types of Conv, FHA and VA
• Convert inbound and transferred leads into completed loan applications
• Educate borrowers on loan benefits and help them achieve financial goals
• Make 30-120 daily contacts (calls, texts, emails) using CRM and scripts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closing

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple borrower pipelines
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Specific Qualifications:

• Active NMLS license (or willingness to obtain - we cover the cost)
• Minimum 1 year of inside sales or call center experience
• Knowledge of VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional loan programs preferred but not required.

Training will be provided upon need.

• Familiarity with Encompass or similar loan origination systems preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
