Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our remote team. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and maintaining our organization's network systems, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance. Responsibilities:
• Administer and manage Active Directory to ensure secure and efficient user access and system functionality.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows 10 systems, ensuring optimal user experience.
• Maintain and manage hardware systems, particularly those from Dell Technologies.
• Implement and support Citrix Technologies to enhance virtual desktop and application delivery.
• Monitor network performance and proactively address issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices in all network operations.
• Conduct regular system updates and patches to maintain reliability and security.
• Document processes, configurations, and solutions for future reference and training.
