Currently seeking an Office Assistant for a potential full-time, temporary to permanent position in Norwood, MA.

 

Responsibilities of Office Assistant:

-Assist the sales team in a variety of admin needs

-Input financial information from multiple resources

-Prepare, verify, and input invoices for customers

-Manage internal files and databases

-Review data and identify any discrepancies

-Research billing information in ERP systems

-Performed filing, scanning, and other office tasks

-Assist in other general billing tasks as assigned

 

 

Requirements of Office Assistant:

-Minimum High School Diploma or GED required

-Must have previous experience in the manufacturing industry

-Previous data entry, office administration or billing processes experience preferred

-Strong attention to detail

-Excellent computer Skills including Microsoft Office Software

-Great time management and organizational skills

-Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines

-Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

 

Hours: 7:00am-3:30 pm Monday- Friday

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
