Full-Time | On-Site | Leadership Role

We are seeking a full-time Operations & Team Manager to oversee the daily business functions of a growing real-estate-investment firm in Newark, NJ.

This is a leadership position for someone who can run a business like a well-oiled machine.

You’ll manage internal teams, streamline systems, track performance, and ensure that every department, from acquisitions to marketing to transactions, executes efficiently and profitably.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a multi-department team (callers, analysts, brokers, investors, transaction coordinators, closers, etc.)
• Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth communication between departments
• Optimize company systems (CRM, communication tools, lead management, reporting)
• Develop and implement workflows, checklists, and accountability structures
• Track KPIs and create performance dashboards across departments
• Collaborate directly with ownership on growth strategy, hiring, and process improvement
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design practical solutions
• Support transaction flow — ensuring acquisitions, dispositions, and client communications move seamlessly

Who You Are

• A systems-minded leader who thrives on structure, organization, and accountability
• Experienced in managing business operations (real estate, construction, or related field preferred)
• Strong communicator with proven people-management skills
• Proficient with CRMs (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, HubSpot) and workflow tools
• Analytical thinker comfortable with financial data, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Calm under pressure and solutions-focused when challenges arise
• Tech-savvy and fluent in tools like Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and project management software
• Bonus: Experience in the Newark/NJ real estate market or investment space

Key Requirements

• 3+ years in operations or general management
• Demonstrated success leading teams and improving systems
• Strong business judgment and process-building ability
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
