Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 12 months between Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - OSF HealthCare

Additional Details:
Required Credentials: Must produce a negative drug screen for all panels.
Shift & Scheduling:
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Weekend is Sat/Sun.
• Holiday Requirement: Holidays are required unless discussed and approved during interview phase.
• Call or Standby Requirement: Not mandatory at this time.
Floating Requirements: RNs can float within the children’s hospital - to other pediatric units, can float to mom/baby to take care of a baby assignment. No ICUs unless experienced, no chemo patients.
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
