SUMMARY OF JOB:Responsible to actively coordinate, on a day-to-day basis, the provision of high quality, comprehensive pharmaceutical care to the patients of the Holy Redeemer Health System (HRHS), in compliance with legal, regulatory and professional standards. This includes drug distribution function, as well as clinical (cognitive) activities plus educational functions, all provided under the auspices of the HRHS Mission and Values.
